Welcome to my website! My name is Nicole Charalambous and I’m a qualified and experienced psychotherapist based in Dublin. I’m passionate about helping people overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life.

I hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy but also Counselling and Youth studies from ICHAS. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including private practices, community mental health centers, and hospitals.

I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, which means that I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a key to successful therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal is to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their world, and to empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
